A Rufus Chaser

It’s been one of those days here, meaning among other things that I discovered that unbeknownst to me, when eBay recently altered their system for rating book conditions in such a way that the default setting for all previously created listings is “Acceptable,” meaning I will have to go in manually and correct that on some 700-odd listings.  That is even worse than their last switcheroo, which left many of my listings without descriptions when they changed their provider for the pre-filled item information.  It is hard to imagine a company with a more uncaring attitude toward their sellers, who have made them very rich.

At any rate, between that and some aches and pains from Costochondritis (look it up), all I want to do right now is put on the headphones and watch Suede get creamed on Project Runway.  So as not to be completely derelict in my duties, here is a stunning live performance of “Agnus Dei” (from Want Two), shot in Central Park in 2004.  If you read Boing Boing, you know how they sometimes follow up a disturbing post with a unicorn chaser?  Well, this is a Rufus chaser.  May it wash all your cares away, and mine along with them:
